Not sure. In Az your license is good up to 65 then every 3-5 years you need to show up for eye test at least.

No vehicle inspections. I would think you have to go there for Drivers license so do it in the summer unless you really like the cold.

Should be able to check with an ohmmeter, should make contact of zero ohms in one direction and open in the other. Pretty easy for that one. Look at the actuator, I believe it's under the drivers side battery where acid and other things can not do it any good.

Take the truck to South Phnx. They will install those adjustable ride units and maybe some curb finders ;)

It's power steering fluid in my 99. At the time valvoline was made and that's what's in it. I think Red Line ? has been a favorite.
