Rick, The fan clutch seams OK. The boost is around 24 and the EGT's are about 1100 to 1200. It warms up and then cools right back down if I do not have the AC on. I did get a new thermostat yesterday so I will try that first. The only problem is I do not know when I will get the trailer back...

I took a trip with RV in tow and with the A/C on the temps got to about 210. I have never seen them higher then 190 so I was wondering what you all have seen. My truck is a 97 with 130,000 and the thermostat is original. I will change it this week just wanted to know what you all have seen. Thanks

I have a 97 with the #11 plate and just a few other things. With a 33 foot 5th wheel hooked up I can slip the clutch with out trying to hard. With just running around town it seems to do fine. I put a Rhino in about 4 years ago. I have really used it hard and the only place you can see it bad is on the tail gate where things have slid in and out. If I had to do it again i would have Rhino spray it again.

From what I understand is for an Auto and a big trailer the 4:11 is better, Yet if it has a Manual the 3:55 is the way to go. Has to do with keeping the engine in a good power band. I have a old heavy 33 5th that towed OK with stock power on a 97 with 3:55 and a 5 speed. Dave Z

I did my '97 for the first time 2 weeks ago. Like you I have been spending my hard earned cash to let somebody (who I don't know if they primed it right) change the filter. I jumped into it and can't get over how easy it was to do. Boy do I feel dumb for paying somebody else to do it. DAZ

I want to fix my converter by running a TEST pipe. I called the Dodge dealers in the area and the parts guy said he will not sell anything that was not on the truck when it was sold new. So he will not sell me a test pipe. I do not want to take the guts out of the converter so I am left with...

I bought mine from Diesel Injection Service and installed them last weekend. I got the EV'S pyro and boost and installed in the piller mount. WAY COOL:p The install went good and the gauges look as if they belong. I will be iinstalling my #11 plate and AFC spring kit this weekend.

Just finished installing the gauges. Isspro EV pyro and boost. I am stock for now with just a K&N in the stock air box. The question is on the probe. How far in should it be or does it matter. I would guess the probe is in about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. Right now at start up I get just under 300...
