Tried that already... I think it is coming from under the hood... just can't tell because of the engine noise. I even had the dealer look at it. The mechanic wrote it up as "unplugged 12v splitter plug in outlet and noise stopped. " Got truck back and 2 days later without the splitter plugged...

I have a very loud rattle coming from the passenger dash/firewall area. It only occurs on hot days and when the brake pedal is depressed. Soon as I let off pedal it goes away or if I shift trans to neutral. It drives me crazy sitting in traffic or at a stop light.

Finally got a alignment shop that knew what they were doing. Heavy duty trucks shops are better than any dealer out there. They got it right on the money. Had to switch my front 2 tires. I had a tire pull on the passanger side. Thanks for all the help... Back on the road and riding straight...

Ball joints usually 4hrs labor per side... shop around... local shops (non dealer) will charge around $800. Well worth the money if you don't have the time and tools. Go with MOOG ball joints they have grease zerks and will last longer. try this site-Dodge 4WD Ram 2500 2007, Moog Suspension Parts.

Spent last Saturday installing new upper & lower ball joints in my truck. Went with MOOG K7460 for the upper & MOOG K7467 for lower. Pretty cut and dry install. Monday morning dropped off my truck to get alignment. Was pulling extremely hard to the passenger side on the way there. Got truck back...

Got 2 optima new red tops last week. The hold down that came with the battery is a P. O. S. It does nothing to keep the battery from moving. Has anybody else had this problem?? Thinking about fabbing up my own bracket.
