FIXED IT!! it was that i had pulled a fuse out of one of the spare blocks and that block was not a spare. . The lid said spare but it was used for the ABS on a diesel truck. any way its fixed. thanks :D

It turned out the inter cooler hose was blown off between the turbo and the inter cooler. After putting it back on several times I bought a new DAYCO hose, P/N 78601GL, 3"X5" long for $16 and that took care of it. The old hose was blown loose on the bottom so it took me a long time to find it.

I have a 2001' 24 valve Cummins diesel with 80K miles. Recently it started sounding like leaves on trees and bushes rustling and echoing back under acceleration. It did not sound like that ever before about 6 months ago and now it does it sounds like that all the time. Any ideas?
