I got a 2020 DT EcoDiesel and love it. They worked out the problems, and even though mine is a first year model, I haven't had any concerns.

After reading through all of the warranty books for each model year (as far back as 2014), I learned that the 2024 and older HD trucks (not C/C) only have a 5 year / 50,000 mile federal emissions warranty.
The new 2025 RAM HD pickup trucks now have the standard 8 year / 80,000 mile federal...

The funniest thing I saw a few months ago was a CAT pickup truck. Got a chuckle out of that.

Mechanical failure would be if the connector burned up for instance without signs of outside influences (water ingress or corrosion).
The Maxcare won't cover seals and hoses either. As those are considered consumables.
This is another reason why these warranties are a scam on hybrids...
They are probably getting out of it using this clause:
Repairs to a covered component where the component has been restricted by the manufacturer; repairs that are the direct result of the failure of a component that has been restricted by the manufacturer;
This is about the sleaziest clause...
You must be lucky. My work truck 3500 is usually out of alignment needing something every 60-70k.
My 2020 1500 was out of alignment at 50k.
I have these when I replace suspension/steering parts.
They work great for getting an initial adjustment, but do take work to get it right on.
