Re: Bosch 300 hp injectors I just put the same injectors in my 99, and I had light corrosion at the bottom of the thru-head connector also. Have a lousy idle though. Was there anything to install besides the o-ring and 1 copper . 060 washer on the injectors? Mine came with a bag of parts...

Now that I went with the 300 HP Bosch injectors, and while I'm saving up after the VP 44 debacle for my gauge set, how careful do I have to be about EGT? I won't know how hot I am until the EGT gauge goes in, so am I OK around town? Unloaded on the highway? I know I should stay away from 15,000...

The tank has a so-called rollover valve on the top plate that is responsible for venting the tank... ... I'm told the cap has no venting. Truck ran perfectly before, never had this problem with any others (I have a 98 12 valve and a 95 too). I have to think it's something we did.
