Aisin. What were the symptoms that prompted you to reflash?

I noticed when I hook up to the 5er, tow/haul and EB on, the trans will go from 2nd to 4th bypassing 3rd gear. It starts to lug pretty bad at that point so i sink my foot deeper to get it to downshift... anyone experience this?
