    Mine Squeaked for a little while. . it's just the rubber on the latch side being dry or dirty. . Try putting a little lubricant on it. . something clear and not too messy. It doesn't take much

    Don't forget to check the wiring at the ECM. I installed one a few months bac that was pretty fusst about having a good connection. . maybe the wire has worked itself loose

    Trouble spots with 3rd Gen's

    05 ctd quad cab with less than 5k on it. 6 way power seat clunks back and forth. . driver side window/door rattles, windows roll down REALLY slow. Granted I have not yet made it to the dealer for these issues. . so they may soon be resolved. and yes. . the steel on the whole damn truck is paper...

    Spend the money and get a NICE CD player!! get rid of the stock crap. They are alot cheaper than you might think (try ebay) and adapt very easily

    I wanted to add a suggestion to all those experiencing this problem(same one i have at 3000 miles)... Don't give up. Let's keep going back to the dealer and bothering Dodge until they either recall the vehicle or put a TSB out on the problem!!!

    I don't know about where you live, but here in alb. there is a place that restamps and rechromes bumpers at a really good price. . good as new. Dunno if they can beat DRead's offer, but it's worth looking into.

    This is most definitely a stumble. . it's only happened maybe two or three times. . the most noticable was going uphill at low RPM's at about 7500 feet elevation. .

    Did That. . price doesn't seem that great. . Is there a discount for TDR members?? If my memory serves me correctly i recall seeing it for less on other sites( wish I could remember which ones!)

    I have experienced on occassion in my '05 some engine stumble at low rpm's with the automatic transmission in drive. . Is this normal??
