I had the same issue with mine once. The brake controller wasn't bad though, it was just all crapped up creating an issue.

I had to be at work in CT Thursday morning, so I left my place in NH at 5:am Thursday with an empty bed. I really thought that the suspension was going to feel even stiffer now than before with the addition of the Roadmaster Kit, but it was actually smoother. All the bumps were still there, but...

Right now I have good heavy load of stone, concrete, brick, steel, cast iron, and heavy lumber loaded in the bed of the truck, so I can only say how it feels at the present time with a bed full of heavy tools and equipment, etc. I did test drive it before and after adding the sway bar however...

I installed a couple of simple suspension upgrades yesterday... I added a Roadmaster Active Suspension kit out back (Kit #4614 for 2-1/2" wide springs). I also added an ADDCO Sway Bar up front. I liked the fact that the truck was already setup for a sway bar, drilled and tabbed, ready to go...

Thanks Fellas, but I'm going to have to pass. At this point I have no faith in the original OEM springs up front. Current plan is to install a Roadmaster kit at the rear, add a sway bar up front, with a set of 1" lift springs.

I live in southeastern CT and northern NH... consequently, I have to cross through Mass all the time. I always dread taking the truck. It's the only state I'm aware of that repaves the road, but not the overpasses!!! The highways themselves have been repaved, but the overpasses you cross over...

Sorry... Forgot to post this last shot. Found a few bits of wire loom hanging around the shop, so I made a little cover to go over the foam... Done!

I looked at the Deaver site... No mention of Dodge ... only the usual Chebby, Ford, Jeep & Toyota Oddly enough, the lead image on their home page is a shot of a Dodge Cummins... Go figure?

I'm very familiar with Alcan and agree... Dealers are sketchy at best, so not so much. The folks over at Alcan are on my short list, but like you said... not the cheapest... $610 to start for the fronts, and a 6 to 8 week lead time on all orders paid up front. Alcan is custom builder, however...
