I put a rail plug in and there was no difference other then it will spike at 26000 psi now. Performance wise it's still the same. I'll put pressure relief valve back in and I'll try FCA next. I'm kind of wondering if the Smarty took a crap.

I have been shopping for injectors. I kind of wanted to make sure this issue isn't something else before I lay out that much coin for them. I don't have the budget to do the whole fuel system at once unfortunately. I'll replace the cheaper parts first I guess and see if there is any...

I had the alternator tested at NAPA today. It was bad. Got a new one and I’ll install it in the morning. Hopefully that’s all it is. I’m pretty paranoid about ecu’s ever since it failed last year. The ecu on my motorcycle failed last fall. I’m not an ecu fan.

Will do. Hopefully cleaning will help. I was just pricing ecu’s. They’re cheaper then what I paid for my 2005 but still painful.
