    New fuel plate and high egt's?

    I installed #10 plate with no other changes. I was able to slip the clutch easily in 3,4,&5th gear without full pedal mashing just by trying to merge traffic at the on-ramps.     MPG WOES

    I have a '97 3500 4x4 stock and have seen 20 twice @72mph,19 twice but normal is 18-18. 5 empty @72. 75+ it drops considerable. Towing 29'Terry 5th & 17. 5'Crestliner on double axle trailer 9-11mpg. Either 5th or boat alone 15mpg. Montana mountain driving. Must be in the ball-park with the rest!

    Throttle lever linkage problem

    Has anyone found a better rod for replacement? I have broken 3 rods in the small threaded area in the last 15,000 miles. Last rod made 5000miles. Looking for a heavy duty unit or is there a reason causing the breakage?
