i just put the fues in and started the truck. i kept a finger on it and could feel it get hotter. any advice would be awsome.

my 02 has had the power windows acting up for a few months now. they only work when they want. i pulled the fues and it was so hot it hurt to tuch it. i replace it and nothing? anyone else have this problem? or have a idea on what it could be?
