Update Details from Chrysler:
After complete diagnostics on the engine yesterday, STAR determined that because I'm not getting the engine hot enough more frequent hard regenerations on the DPF are occurring. That is to say that my driving habits being local in general and not pulling a heavy...
To the person that comments that the excess of fuel in the crank can be from the DPF process... ... ... what is your source of this info? What are the impacts on engine life?

Any of you seeing an increase in oil volumn on the dip stick when the light comes on? I'm. So, I sent an oil sample to Blackstone and they reported 7. 5% fuel in oil.
Dodge tells me this is OK and one of the reasons the light comes on..... Not sure I agree so I'm researching as possible...

I have a 6. 7 will the manual trans. 1200 miles on the truck. Love the engine and trans. Endless power in every gear. Note that I've yet to put a trailor behind or load in the bed yet but suspect that won't matter very much when I compare how this runs empty compared to my 95 cummins...
I just took delivery on a 6. 7 with the manual 6 speed and was not aware of this feature. Please explain and is it detailed in the owners manual?
Thanks,
Frank
