I'd say 4" exhaust, quad adrenaline, and rv275 injectors. You'll be more than happy! You'll need to do something for a lift pump too.

I've installed several 3rd gen cams. Everyone noticed better bottom end power and 2 - 3 mpg fuel mileage. I'd recommend haisely street puller cam. It seems to have been my best experience so far.

Cheers on the extra soft driver seat and the extended range fuel tank!!! The 3rd gen trucks have that goofy support bar held in by 8 bolts. I usually cut it then weld it back in place after the job.

A friend tried one on an '05. The stall speed is lower than idle on the common rail motor. When he pulled it in gear the truck lurched and the turbo started to spool cuz there was a load on the engine. Not the worlds coolest converter.

I have one. A '92 1500 chevy truck. P-pump, twins and 5 speed. Using dodge motor mounts. They're a lil rougher than the mounts used in a bread truck.

What I tried was a hybrid with a 12 housing. We removed the 8 blade and then it spooled nice. Maybe something else was goin on? That's just been my experience.

My experience: 8 blade is very slow spool. I had several people who tried it and nobody liked it. 6 blade is faster and better flow. You decide and mebbe it'll work for you. Let us know.

Fire-rings are a very heavy metal O-ring placed in special cut grooves (usually head and block) and a factory head gasket is used with the metal compression ring taken out. That's where the fire ring resides. Clear as mud?!? I wouldn't recommend fire-rings for street use. I have them and...

I have a very short donaldson. Baffle in the center. A 3" hole saw met with the baffle. Now it flows air and turbo sound but is still quiet. Just another idea.
