    Overhead console with homelink

I bought a new one from Dodge and installed it in my 2004 SLT. I cannot get the homelink to set. I have the same thing in my Jeep and it sets easily, but this one will not program. The distance until empty is incorrect also. I think the dealer may have to enable something in the computer to make...

    Goodyear MT/R's

I have 285's on my SRW Cummins. The MT/R is a pretty soft compound tire, so it will wear pretty quick. I have 10K on mine and the rears are about halfway gone. They are good in the dry and deep snow, but can be downright scary in the rain and ice. I haven't used them offroad yet but i'm sure...

NV5600: How do you remove the fill plug?

I can't help on the torque spec, but the 17 mm hex key is readily avalible at sears. The part number is 946666 and I think it was $10. Gary

    front receiver hitch

You could try calling Warn at 1-800-543-WARN to see if they can locate a dealer for you. The part number for the hitch kit is 65370. It is of excellent quality, good welds and paint. There is also minimum drilling in the install just 4 7/16" holes. I think the hidden hitch requires 2 1 1/4"...

Warn has a nice front hitch in the $180 price range.

Talley's Dodge - Unacceptable Service Manager Behavior

There are two surveys DC mails out, one for the initial purchase the other for any service work at their facilities. I've left negative remarks about DC and General Motors on occasion and have never been contacted by the manufacturer.

Talley's Dodge - Unacceptable Service Manager Behavior

I don't think they will screw up the oil change, but for warranty complaints ie: clutch, wind noise, their brutal. My 2002 HD had a problem with the transmission shift linkage that whenever it was in park the truck sounded like a percolater, a read loud one to. Any other gear selection it was...

    Factory parts olnine?

Tenafly Chrysler Jeep in NJ has good prices. Speak with Dwayne Glenn, he is the parts manager. Its either a 30 or 35% discount off of list.

Talley's Dodge - Unacceptable Service Manager Behavior

Its tough to find a good dealer in NJ. Circle in Brick is the absolute king of "Cannot Duplicate Customers Concerns". Manahawkin has been shady in the past too. When Circle changed the cat on my 1500 van they refused to reweld the exhaust to the new cat pipe because it had a replacement muffler...

What do you like about your 3rd gen as compared to your old 2nd gen?

I think the seats were a huge step back from the 02 that I had. The metal frame is brutal on the rump. My 02 also handled alot better, this one has alot more body roll and is to squishy. The 02 could be shoved into turns alot faster than the 04. Just my . 02

    Looking for 5" x 18" angle-cut tip!

Summit racing has 4" inlet to 5" outlet 18" long stainless tips in slash cut and straight cut. They are weld on and about $40. I just bought one they seem to be decent quality. (overseas manufacturer)

    Xenon Flare

Yes 02 1500 is the same. 02 2500 is the old body style.

    Xenon Flare

Xenon part number 8720. They had to order the flairs for me, but it only took a day. Talk to Jimmy if you go tell him Gary sent you. They are a little pricey on some things, but i'd rather pay a little more and pick them up then to pay $35 in shipping hoping they aren't destroyed in transit...

    Xenon Flare

$348 with tax from Monmouth Truck in South Toms River. Shipping is going to be expensive. If you want to see them installed let me know , I live in Bayville.

Anyone ever painted Xenon Flares themselves?

My Xenon flares were $300 to paint and install. There is a flex agent that is added because of them being eurothane. That is why they cost more to paint than Bushwackers, ect.
