Well.....I didn’t get my 55 gallon drum of Rotella T6 in 5W40, due to allocation issues and an oversight that skated my original salesman’s order, but I was able to get three five gallon pails today.
No CHEAP junk filters for my EXPENSIVE HPCR fuel system.....especially after it’s made it 432k miles on MoPar, RACOR, and FleetGuard filtration products.

Correct. Several over on CF have received in excess of 300k miles out of their front unit bearings with somewhat regular injecting of blue grease.
I’m wondering if @p-Bar is possibly experiencing a dry front axle u-joint noise instead.

Since @AH64ID decided to like my warranty post being expired in 299 days thread....and since it’s closed and not open for further replies, I may as well post up that White Lightning is at 428k miles as of this evening, and is doing well, even with GCW’s of 35,460 lbs.

A friend of mine purchased a new 2022 RAM 3500 DRW Longhorn in November 2021.
Just today he mentioned of lightbseepage that had made it down to the frame rail. His truck is at about 12k miles now.
If I recall correctly..... @Cummins12V98 had to replace a lower charge air cooler hose due to perhaps the clock position of a spring clamp rubbing a slight hole in it.....but I’m not sure if that would have had anything to do with his OA or not.
Glad you spent some extra time looking at the heater(s) instead of going with a lift pump...then still have the same problem. The OEM lift pumps are very reliable indeed.
