My stock 2012 averages 13 mpg around town, 16 mpg highway, and 10 mpg towing our 11,000# 5th wheel. I do have an Edge Evolution emission intact tuner but haven't towed with it enough yet to see if it makes a difference in the mileage.

I also hook to the passenger side battery.

Do you know what year trucks this affects? Mine is a 2012.

I just replaced my original batteries (6 yrs. old) yesterday with AutoCraft Platinum AGM's from Advance Auto.

This happened to my 2012, it turned out to be the switch cluster. Dealer replaced under warranty.

Same thing happened to my 2012, it was the main connector, I took it apart and cleaned it with contact cleaner and compressed air then put some dielectric grease in and all is good. While I was at it I did all the connectors on both sides.

I just rotated my tires last week, took about 2-3 miles before they switched on the EVIC.

I had to add the power locking feature to my 2012 myself so your 2010 probably doesn't have it as it wasn't an option.

The dealer turned my DRL on for no charge.

When I did mine I used a spray can of bed liner on the drilled holes to protect from rust. My truck has a spray in liner.
