    Really? Wow,maybe you got a bad set of bulbs or???? I put the new one in driver side and left the old in the passenger side just so I could see the dif. I pulled up to my garage in the dark and turned them on. There was a big difference...

    My dealer charged me $40... I think that is reasonable. . If you go to the tire manufacture website you can find out the specs on the tires and they usually show the RPM... Most dealers also have a list they can look at for the different tires size...
