Since Geno's doesn’t carry them, I ordered the Mopar shock absorbers through one of the many Chrysler dealerships selling parts through eBay. It was seller “bamparts” located in Brunswick, Ohio. I had no problems with the order. It was packaged properly and shipped reasonably fast.
Follow up: I installed the new Mopar shock absorbers a few days ago and now the truck rides just like it did when it was new. I suspect at least two of the old shocks may have gone bad, because when I compressed them, they stayed compressed!

I just received a set of genuine Mopar shock absorbers for my 2014 Ram 3500 dually (a non-air bag version). They were manufactured by Magneti Marelli in Brazil.

I just preemptively replaced both batteries in my 2014 with EverStart Platinum AGM's (Size H7) sold by Walmart. They're made by Clarios in South Korea, which is the company that bought out Johnson Controls Power Solutions back in 2019.

Maybe get a “second opinion” on the coolant's temperature using a remote temp sensor. I suggest this because what if the original coolant temp sensor is going bad and the actual coolant temperature is normal?
