I have looked on another forum and seen just what has to be done. The cam gear needs to be heated for removal and installation. I figured as much. Kind a like replacing a ring gear on a flywheel. I'll watch your video also. Thanks for your help.

To put an end to this (sorry it took so long to get back) and make a short story of it. it was the pressure sensor. We replaced it and the transmission has been working properly for a month now. I'm glad it was this simple and fairly inexpensive.

As stated above, I did check the pressure sensor connections. They are clean, but I did apply dielectric grease. Thanks.
