Sorry took so long to get back. I already adjusted the idle pin and the idle would not go down far enough. I ended up turning the fuel screw out 1. 5 turns to get idle down. Sure did like the way it performed in so far. I would say it's in 2turns now and still performs better than before. Makes...

Turned up the fuel screw after taking a hour to get the lock nut off, and by the time I did I was'nt sure what the original settings where. so I turned it up to about 6 threads showing and started it, and the idle was real high, so then I had to wrestle with the idle adjust nut for another hour...

Forgot, Hav'nt figured out how to check timing yet so can't help there, probably need to run it to one of the veterans in the congragation and get some preaching

I have the greyish/blue smoke at start and it never goes all the away, It does'nt use any oil between changes just acts like it's running rich at idle. you can see I have put a 4 inch exhaust and a K&N in to try to get more air in, Thanks for the replys

Just had a 4 inch turbo back system put in. Can't really see that much improvement, but I'm not doing as much BOMBING as you at this time. I guess when i turn things up a bit I'll be glad I did it

What are the adjustments to take the smoke out at idle. Don't have a tach yet, but seems to idle a little fast also.

I had no turbo whine untill I put a K&N, and straight piped it. Have to let it breayh to hear it.

I have a turbo off my 89 that when I took it off was in perfect shape, put a modified one by PDR on and changed housing, would let it go cheap

Just replaced the housing, for me it was a real pain the a. . , one bolt even after soaking would not come off. had to hacksaw and grind bolt off and stillhav'nt broke housing loose. put a new pdr hx-35 in so hav'ntput a whole lot of time in. Also before you put it in, get it ported and...
