If my ecm is bad, where should I look to get it replaced?

I have followed blue chips diagnostic and the truck will idle with the VP hotwired without the ecm in the loop but won't when I hook it all back up

It began before that's why I changed it also crank sensor was changed

I have not but with the VP harness unhooked and the VP hot wired it starts and idles
