After checking and spray cleaning connectors to fan and crankshaft position sensors I replaced the crankshaft position sensor. This solved the problem. It acted like something loose but apparently was the sensor.

Yes, I have been using conditioner. My brother has an '05 Laramie and the seats are easily recognizable as leather. Ram advertised the Laramie interior in 2012 as leather trimmed but the seats look like vinyl. Does anyone know what leather trimmed means?
