I remember something about them leaving off 200lbs from the sticker to account for driver weight since most people forget to account for their own body weight when figuring loading capacity. So that would put it right at the 7,820 lbs.

Bingo. Plus When you look up those filters on the Baldwin site, the numbers dont even cross reference. They list some Cummins engines but not our B series that I found under the dual flow section.

P.S. If I wanted a Baldwin I would buy a Baldwin. Not a rebranded Car quest. But, I think I'll stick with the Cummins recommended...
I think you'll be fine once you get the new flash and SCR. I got the bad DEF code as well the first time my SCR went bad. Not an issue since the recall to replace with the new units that don't have the ammonia sensor.
I fill my DEF tank up all the way most of the time and don't have issues...
