If a guy wanted to have unfettered access to the front of his engine (cam swap, etc.) can the condenser just be gently moved/rotated aside and supported, or is complete removal required as the FSM states?
I need to reseal the timing cover, oil pan, and vacuum pump, and am hoping it's easier to...
My problem was that I have a B2150 Kubota (not the most common model, for certain), but it apparently was not well maintained sometime in the past. After a new head, #1 connecting rod, bore hone and re-ring that still blew by, a full tear down with Kumar Brothers sleeves, new pistons, rings...
I got sick of looking for more modern smaller diesel tractors with all the DEF, high costs, etc. and started looking for a gas tractor. Apparently they're no longer made.
There was some talk of that box here. Looks very highly recommended.

After the Thuren track bar and reman'd steering box I still had wander, as well. I finally installed new control arms that actually rotate vs. just rely on rubber bushings and the difference was immense. At over 360k miles, one of the control arms was still a factory unit, so that rubber was...

No. My guess is that it's a busted wire but have not taken apart anything to check voltage/continuity/resistance. I just dug out the switch I had in a box and tested resistance on it.
For future readers, this afternoon I tested my original switch that I had replaced with no improvement, so currently assume the switch is good.
ACCEL: 15k Ohms
CANCEL: 1k Ohms
COAST: 3k Ohms

Eight years and 91k miles of no Right switch control, NOS replacement switch installed, etc., just to find out it could likely be a damaged V37 ground wire ! The left switch works fine.
It just makes no sense to me to heat air and then suck it through cold engine parts. Put the heat where the heat is needed - right in the combustion chamber. I do see your logic, and it's solid. My unpopular opinion is that in this case the "complexity" of the glow plugs is worth it. AC60G...
The idle guys are now getting the gas trucks from what I've observed. A couple idlers got Duramaxes before the trend, but those trucks are doing a lot better than the Rams did. "Knock on wood."
The Rams driven by our delivery guys running long, heavy miles generally do fine, to no surprise. I...
