With patience, much patience, a 1/4 inch socket set, you can get these done. I suggest the following attachments.
  • 2 swivels
  • 2 extensions of 2 and 4 inches
  • a flexible extension (looks like a tight coil spring) about 2 inches long)
  • a 1/4 inch drive socket handle (looks like a screwdriver)
  • 10 mm regular depth socket with a magnet inside.
  • 8 mm regular socket with a magnet inside (may or may not need).
  • 10 mm deep socket
  • 10 mm ratcheting box wrench
  • extending retrieval magnet, with moderate strength magnet.
Depending on the condition of the upper plastic bumper valence, you can save yourself time and trouble by removing it. But if it is brittle, it's best to work around it. It's a similar "feature" with the lower one for the fog lights. But removing the upper valence makes access to the fog lights a wee bit easier.

Lastly, find a helper with small hands. I wear XXL gloves.
