I believe what your referring to would be the rotating mass of the wheels? But since you didn't say that I'm not sure. I realize That it would be much more "unsprung weight" than the stock wheels. What I don't know is the load capacity of the drive train.

The 11r tractor trailer tires are about 41.5 inches tall mounted. I'm guessing that I'm going to be making my own lift kit!
