Appollogies GAmes. The previous owner did all of the mods on my truck and his dyno sheet showed 285hp and 770ft/lbs torque. And no I haven't done an oil analysis ...good idea

So i ended up just breaking up the old bushing with a screwdriver and pliers. I didn't get all of it out ,but is was enough to put the new one in... sorry for the late reply.

I also have a manual truck . I cut the steel retainer and have the tensioning spring out. How do I get the bushing out of the cup?? I've just about got my entire pliers/screwdriver set under the hood....
