Any recommendations where to a get 60lb springs? Should I just go down to Cummins? I figure if I'm that far in there anyway I might as well do those too.

Put it on craigslist, there's bound to be somebody out there with a blown transmission looking to pick one up. Maybe even call around to the local transmission shops, if they are running low on cores for that model you might be able to sell it to them or barter...
