    Thanks for the help... . the turbo is working and the brakes dont drag..... guess i could look into the muffler idea

    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Lacking Power

    My dad has a 99 with 5spd with 4. 10 rears that is used everyday as a work truck. It has 74,000mi on it and it seems to be really down on power. I've changed the fuel filter and replaced to air filter with a drop in K&N. None of this helped... . any suggestions? :confused:

    Transmission upgrade?

    I have a 92 with and automatic and 3. 55 rear gears. I plan on pulling a 12000 lb trailer. I am also planning on a few power upgrades. Is there anything i can do to the stock transmission or would i be farther ahead to go with a complete transmission replacement, and from who. Thanks
