While installing new VP44 from Blue Chip I found the relief valve in the fuel return banjo bolt stuck in the open position for fuel to flow through it.I was unable to operate the ball by hand like it was frozen,I emailed Blue Chip about this issue with no answer! The truck runs fine good power...
Light started working after I used a test light on it to see if the case was grounded Go Figure,I mounted the light on the plastic cover on the air bag computer on the hump
Thanks for the input, I have light oil on my blades but the bearings feel good. Think ill put the factory filter back in now dont need to buy a turbo! just dropped 2500. on new pump from Blue chip.
check out their core return policy and requirements!Most all with the exception of Blue Chip, If theres certain things wrong or corroded inside that you dont know for sure, they charge you the core anyway (how are you supposed to know) easy $$$$ Dont know this but always suspicious just me!
Details of a bad core! Most others if its wore out dont have to give $$$back Blue chip only requirements were Broken case ,Dissassembled,and something else but I met that criteria and no upfront charge
Blue chip has 2 special X pumps one has a new comp. one dont Just got finished with my special X install and airdog pump as of now my problem seems to be gone I hope it stays that way
