I TOTALLY AGREE LEAVING BATTERY CONNECTED WAS A BAD IDEAL. I have back tracked entire process 4 times. Found nothing. There was no ground wire on ECM HOWEVER I RAN A GROUND DIRECTLY FRIM BATTERY TO ECM

Agreed truck cranks but no start. No wait to start light. I have a dodge manual. Today I by passed ECM hot wired Vp 44, hot wired secondary fuel pump primed it up an it started right up.
