This may be the wrong place but .....
Anyone have a spare ECM (AHC) from a 89 to 91. 5? Have a permament WIF light - have traced all the wiring for shorts, disconnected the sensor, etc. and it all comes down to what ever goes on in that mystery box.
Know some of you will say forget it...

Am getting a Westach dual Temp / Oil Pressure gauge. Unit uses electric senders. Need recommendations on the best places to install the senders - I'll be keeping the factory gauges in service.
Was thinking of putting the WT sender in the plug on top of the thermostat housing next to the line...

I just put an autometer 2 gage pod in my 91.
1. Before you remove the trim piece put the pod up against it and slide it up and down to get the best fit for your eye height and the best fit of the pod on the trim then mark the location.

Looks like you have a 2C8-8 - if yoiu can't find the instructions on the website the folks on the 800 # can help you - they're really nice.

Just replaced my stock baby H1C with a modified unit - direct bolt in but 16cm turbo and 58 wheel - man what a difference :) No more discernable spool up lag, 22# boost where I was only getting 12 before, EGTs down about 200 degrees, etc.
So what's next? I've looked at a lot of threads...
There's also a "boost bolt" that you can get - replaces one of the intake manifold cover inner bolts. Has a quick release fitting so you don't have to worry about over tightening the compression fitting on the tubing to the gauge.
