I used to make them out of 16 ga. steel . I quit because no one wanted to pay enough to make it worth my time. Any good sheet metal shop could do it .

It is a separate harness from the main harness. It is the same for gas or diesel . 89 threw 93 are the same except for the door speaker plug. They are getting hard to find due to the harness bending between the cab and the door.
