If you really get worried about it get a Putnam receiver. 15k/1,500 or 16k/1,600 with WD. 25211 is the number. It's on my list of mods to do.

The Reese Dual Cam is another option besides the Equalizer. Trailer hitch, hitches and bike rack (800)298-8924 has those.
