LED bulbs in projector headlight fixture

+1 on headlightrevolution.com. I've outfitted all my non LED vehicles with setups from them. The OEM projector housings are actually the better to have when ditching the halogen bulbs. Be sure to adjust the LED bulbs orientation on how it sits when fully locked into the headlight assembly. On my...

    New truck 2500 or 3500?

I'd go with the 3500 100%. I learned my lesson when I went from my 06 2500 to my 2018 2500, Biggest mistake ever! I hated the way it towed and even more so... The disconnected feeling from the road... like it steered on a central pivot. Felt "swishy" at highway speeds. I wanted leaf springs...

    New Truck Blown Shock

Ditch em and toss some Bilsteins in. When I changed mine out I discovered one of the rear shocks was not even pressurized.... No oil leak or anything, you could push it all the way in and it would not come back out. Same with my Sprinter work van... Brand new, Changed the rear shocks and one...

    AUX Plug in Dash?

USB-C is the oval one... USB-A is the rectangle one. Both give 5V out for charging... Usually 1A but sometimes 2A, not sure of the exact specs for yours.

How strong is the emergency brake?

Put it in reverse and hit the brakes a few times, That will adjust the shoes closer towards the drum, Oh, Wrong decade.. Hahaha. The old days

    DEF gauge delay

"Overfilling a 19+ truck may result in a P203E" Yep... learned that one hard way. Topped off the DEF to the fill neck once... Threw the code and limp mode countdown started. Luckily I was able to get enough out for the code to clear itself after driving a bit.

    DEF gauge delay

I think some of it has to do with it crystalizing on the inside of the tank, when the tank is low or near empty it gives the DEF a chance to crystallize.... on the non wetted surfaces, When you fill it up and wet the crystals... They dissolve, Which in turn sensors start working normally. My 2...

    Cummins or Hurricane?

Hmmm... Def a candidate for a genuine Stellantis MaxCare warranty. Imagine having to work on one of those. Hopefully the younger crowd won't mod the exhaust on these... It will sound like a motorcycle. Just like the V6 modded exhaust crowd.... Sounds weird, Purring cat like sound.

    Cummins Intake Silencer

I pulled mine on my 06 along with the silencer ring and I had this honeycomb insert that fit in the intake right at the turbo that created a laminar flow.... TAG "Turbo Air Guide" it was. The hose was a "Cool Hose" brand.
