I installed mine, 05 3500 48RE a week ago, it has more low end snap, turbo kicks in a little sooner, the overhead shows about 2 MPG increase, I also installed the Edge EZ at the same time, I will do the numbers by hand and see what is happening, so far the truck appears to be happy.

I think our CTD engines run at 195 degrees, would it have any positive effect if a 180 degree thermostat were installed, the 195 has to be a smog issue, not relating to having the engine run well . Also does anyone even make a 180 thermostat for the Cummins?.
