    128,000 miles, and still running original lp, and vp. Fuel pressure drops at wot, but considering that the vp is drawing fuel this is not a surprise.

    Engine miss at idle when hot. I have the same problem. My bought my 99 3500 4x4 with 50,000 miles, now it has 120,000. It has had this miss since I bought it. I have, course changed all of the filters, replaced crank, IAT, and map sensors, adjusted valves, and cleaned everything I can find...
