Thanks, everyone for your replies. I have ordered a Mopar filter from Amazon. It is a little confusing because it is described as for 2007-2012 and my truck is a 2016. But buyers say it is good up to 2018 and it seems to be the one I ordered three years ago. I will see when it arrives.

I have done the same. I use OOMA for my landline (Internet) and it is free once the hardware is purchased for about $125. For about $100 per year OOMA emails me a recording of voicemail messages. I get several a day and either ignore them or add the caller to my contact list.

The FOBs are not the problem. They function perfectly. The handles are the problem. They are supposed to open the doors when you grab them and lock when a button on them is pushed. The reboot is a good idea. I will try that.

They got new batteries about six months ago. It is probably a good idea to replace one and see what happens. They do lock and unlock the doors and id me to start the truck. It is only the handles that don't work.

The door handle lock/unlock function on both the passenger and driver side has quit working. The fob still works to lock/unlock. Any simple solutions that do not involve a dealer?
