A lot of mobile audio shops are capable of building speaker boxes.
If you want one to fit under the front seat, I reckon that will be your best option.
I would expect to spend a bit for it, though.
GOod Luck!
I have been having the same issue for about a year. Here's the kicker, though. If I put the truck in neutral, turn off the key, then restart the motor, it runs fine.
If anyone has had similar problems, please let me know what the solution is.
Thanks

I have the JL Audio in my 2001 Club Cab, goes under the rear seat. 2 X 12" in there, and it is awesome. It sounds unbelievable.
Expensive as all get out, but head and shoulders above any truck system I have heard. Not in loudness, but in clarity. A joy to listen to.
Thanks

I have the same problem, and I'm also getting an 0522 code, which points to the oil pressure sending unit.
I have reset the APPS, and cleaned the MAP and IAT sensors, ran fine the first three or four starts after that, then it goes back to crapping out from time to time.
The weird thing is...
I put the relay on the dipstick fube bracket towards the rear of the block.
Just so it is right in the way when I need to access the MAP sensor.
Thanks

Yes, I have gauges, thanks. Do you have anything helpful to offer?
That is how I figured out the correlation between my boost guage and the "dead pedal".
I'm more interested in the oil pressure fault / MAP aspect of my inquiry.
Thanks
Stu Mumford
I am having intermittent dead pedal issues.
Usually, first start of the day, fires right up and runs fine until the boost goes to about 5 pounds and then I go into dead pedal mode.
Also, on a long uphill on the way home from work, the boost is hovering at a consistent 6-8 psi, and that...
My Banks Stinger kit for my '01 came with a restrictor jet that threaded into the wastegate actuator tube, and a drill bit to drill a hole in the tube.
I see boost in the low 30's all the time.
I had some weird injector pump problems , contacted Banks and they said to disconnect the wire to...
My heater / air conditioner temp control knob on the dash has gone binary.
It's either "cold" or "hot", witn no in-between adjustability.
I'm either freezing cold or baking hot.
What's the deal and how can I fix it?
Re: Re: Vp44 Problem Or Electrical
I also had a similar problem, got told by a dealer to replace the VP44, but after reading this list (and trying to separate the wheat from the chaff), I checked all my electrical connections and double checked them and the truck runs great again...
" Yeah, honey, I needed to repair the injectors with the DD1's. And then I needed to repair the exhaust with a 4" turbo back system. And would you beleive it, I needed to repair the trans with a DTT unit. Damn this thing! Maybe we should sue Dodge!"
