Yes update the steering assembly to newest style. When I got the wobble I went through the front end complete with moog parts. And added a dual steering stabilizer. It is nice and tight now. I would also do the gear box brace that bolts under sway bar mounts and frame to frame.
That's good. In my experience with a lot of things the small steps will bite us in the ***! Or over analyzing stuff. Over diagnoses so to speak. Glad you got it figured out
From what I've heard they don't have to do that. It has to be requested. It just depends on the dealership tho. In cold climates they will enable it but in warm they won't unless you request it
Shouldn't be more than 30 min to an hour charge. They just have to hook up a computer and enable it. Pretty easy if it has not changed either the newer trucks.
I've heard of this done several times! I have an 06 Cummins and still run factory turbo for now that is. I haven't put on dyno but I run a bulldog, CAI, and exhaust and with bullydog turned up sometimes it really does good seems to be a reliable well built turbo I'm eventually going with twins...
I don't drive a newer truck with def but all the Ag Equipment and machinery I work on has it. It has its times when it wants to act up. Biggest thing is customers not letting it regen and soot continues to build until I have to do a parked regen and dpf recovery. And that's not covered under...
