This probably goes without saying but you should stop driving the truck until you get this sorted. Oil that diluted could definitely damage your engine.
I would 2nd the get it to a reputable diesel shop. See if there is an official Cummins shop in your area - they'll mostly work on medium and heavy duty trucks.
FYI - I installed 3.6.28 on my mac and didn't have any problems with the page reloading. There was part of a comment shown at the very top of the screen but other than that didn't seem to have any problems.
We had a technical issue yesterday that caused some users to be shown as non members when they should't have been. The problem has been resolved as of about 11pm eastern time last night. We apologize for any inconvenience.

seafish - I started having that same problem with Safari on 2 other forums I take part in over the last 6 months or so - although not on the TDR. I haven't been able to figure it out - both use different software, btw (neither uses vBulletin). No idea what's going on there, if I figure it out...
