i am having the same problem. thats the way mine started and now the truck only starts every so often. i have done all the tests u have. i just havent had the $$ to fix the truck. but every thing ive read has said its the vp. could it be the ecm??
if no codes were set for the vp could it still be my problem? truck cranks all day long but wont start. connections are all good and fuel to the vp still just wont start. Starts occasionally but not for the last three months. any ideas?
