    Aisin overheating under load

The heating issue was present since I purchased the truck last fall with 120k mikes. No I don’t know history of this truck but can tell it was used in a dusty environment by the dust in the nooks and crannies.

    Aisin overheating under load

Sorry I did not see the expanded area. my local transmission shop used synthetic fluid for this truck not sure of either brands. Yes the TBV is the bypass I’m referring to. And the temps are trans. The engine temp runs between 195 and 210 towing.

I researched my heating...

    4th gen 68RFE or Aisin

I know this is late but just another IMHO I pulled 42’ fiver with 68RFE into Rocky Mtn Natl Park but coming out through Central City I smoked that bugger so bad they could only use carcass to rebuild. Got home and bought Aisin never looked back. Pulls my 18,500 TT never getting above 180.

    Aisin overheating under load

Have 2014 3500 Limited 4x4 crew can. The Aisin keeps getting to warm in my opinion. I’m pulling 42’ fifth wheel TT at 18,500 lbs (well within limits) and on moderate hills and flat ground I’m hitting 220 fan starting around 210. I’ve serviced all fluids with synthetic, replaced the bypass...
