Aisin overheating under load

I have no idea what this means???

There is an oil/water heat exchanger, driver side, 5th cylinder at the side of the engine block.
Some people think it is a "cool" idea to bypass it.
Check that it is still plumbed into the circuit.

First thing to check is cooler flow. Once you know that you can get on with further diagnosis if required. FYI there is a cooler bypass check ball located in the valve body.

Thermal bypass valve?? Replaced with aftermarket with no internal obstruction
