Looking for a replacement Drivers seat for '96 Dodge Ram, electric. Looked into re-doing the seat but the hardware is not in very good shape. Tried all the junk yards around me and found two manual seats. Any suggestions.

Here's the problem with the aftermarket over-drives, COST. I'd love to do it but the cost benefit is not there. With a 2WD, a person has to switch out the transmission to a four-wheel drive one and then add gear-vendor. Looked at US gear also, any opinions?

Does anyone know of a place to purchase 3. 54 ring and pinion gears or there abouts. I though about putting in 3. 32 gears and think the jump would be too big. Do a lot of highway driving, I think I will increase 2-4 GPM. I miss my '96, went to an '03.

I've checked with two companies that install "Performance Boxes" and they both mentioned that TST was TOO much! Nothing but problems with the units they've installed. Keep in mind I'm in the COLD. Minnesota and South Dakota are not exactly tropical.
