IT CANT be a u-joint! It only happens in 4wd when going straight. Plus they are BRAND NEW Spicers. I have been around Jeeps since I have been driving and I know what a u-joint sounds like. I'll check the fluid, but I just changed it last winter.

I have been running the Silverline 304 SS turboback for about 4 years now, in Chicago saltbelt winters. If you look at the exhaust it looks brand new.

Tell Pure Flow Technologies (AIRDOG) that you want a #40 spring with your kit. I got one after I installed mine. Its easy to install.

Send it to High Tech Turbo. They can make it whatever size you want. A 62/65/12,13,or14 would be nice with what you have. The 12 and 14 are cast iron turbine housings and the 13 is the new Stainless Steel housing.

Big Block Chevy fuel pump plate works great. Just use the stock liftpump Cummins gasket. This is what I used and hundreds of other guys who went to an elctric pump.
