IT CANT be a u-joint! It only happens in 4wd when going straight. Plus they are BRAND NEW Spicers. I have been around Jeeps since I have been driving and I know what a u-joint sounds like.
I'll check the fluid, but I just changed it last winter.
MBRP is good, I ran it on my last truck. I am running a Silverline on this truck, just because it was cheaper. I would say you cant go wrong with either one.
What would cause a squeak in the front right axle when its only in 4wd? I though it was the t-case, but that has been changed from a dld to a dhd. The front and rear driveshafts are new, the fron u-joints have been changed and the hubs have been changed.

I really need some insight on it.
I am looking to get my 47rh built and you are the only one I can find that has one.

I got fed up with leaks on the 12 valve mechanical sytem, either chasing air leaks or fuel leaks.
I installed an AirDog 150. New lines from the tank to the P-7100. No more lift pumps, heaters, or cruddy lines leaking anymore.
I did this almost 3 years ago and havent had ONE ploblem with fuel...
I have $2500 invested in my twins with turbos.
My Silver64 ran me just under $2000.
I was able to tow my 6-7000# camper with the sig. I have, with my DDP4s all through the east coast and from Illinois to Disney World in Florida without a problem.
I am going to twins because the new...
Im with Joseph Donnelly on this one. Hes been doing it for alot longer than most of us.
Ted Jannettys list is a little far fetched.
I know of quite a few guys that have done 550-600 RWHP with pumpwork DONE ON THE TRUCK NOTHING CUSTOM (0 or 100 plate ground in the garage, AFC mods, Rack mods...
Send it to High Tech Turbo. They can make it whatever size you want.
A 62/65/12,13,or14 would be nice with what you have.
The 12 and 14 are cast iron turbine housings and the 13 is the new Stainless Steel housing.
Big Block Chevy fuel pump plate works great. Just use the stock liftpump Cummins gasket.
This is what I used and hundreds of other guys who went to an elctric pump.
Are they tightening the yoke properly.
If you grab the driveshaft close to the yoke does it move?
If so they did a half rate job.
I had a shop change my seal and when they tightened up the nut they only used a 1/2" impact. A week later it was leaking again.
I took it apart, got a new seal...
Why would you want multi billion dollar companies make more money? I am a firm believer that the money should go to the workers and NOT the companies. Who do you think is going to end up paying for the big bailout, US!
I still buy american products, even though foreign stuff is cheaper, I like...
