    I am located in Bountiful, UT. The bad thing is that the testing is done by the County on diesels so I have to go to them and I don't know what will happen if I get caught for gutting the cat.

    I have an 05' with the cat gutted and a magnaflow muffler I am wondering if I will have any problem with passing emissions? I have to get them this month and I am a little worried about it.
