Well I loosened the hinges and was able to make some adjustments - was a real pain to get aligned once it was loose - probably a better way...BUT I GOT IT. Closes like new!!

The upper right corner of door (when looking at a closed door from outside the truck) is hitting the door frame. I noticed the bushings were shot so I just replaced the door pins and bushings. This has now allowed the door to miss the frame by a hair but still not "aligned" correctly. I checked...

i did see lmc, but i was looking to find someone to make one with the d-o-d-g-e on the front or maybe something different.

So it appears that finding a new OEM grille is going to be almost impossible. Based on that I started looking at vendors that make custom grilles - they have to be able to make a repro that looks like the original - right? has anyone tried this? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

replaced corroded and not functioning capacitors. After rebuild it come with lifetime warranty and sealed to show you didn't mess with it. seems like a great deal and I will also add that turn around time was a little over a week. they said 1-3 business days but took a little longer - no big...

SIA rebuilt the computer for $166 and computer works like a champ. ALL functions on the truck!!!

sent PCM to SIA electronics for refurbishment. Should get it back next week. I will let you know if that resolves it.

I think I am going to have to give up and send the computer off. I found a company in IL (SIA electronics) that says they can refurb and give lifetime warranty for about $170. Seems like a good idea for a truck I am planning to keep for awhile. Mike

MMeier - you are correct i knocked the wire off - starts right up again. BUT still not charging. tested 3 female pins going to CPS and found only 3.7 volts coming from computer and the "signal" wire has 3.5 volts when not connected to CPS. all the posts i have seen say the computer should be...
