Just wanted to post some updates. I aired the tires down to 38 PSI and didn't notice any difference in ride. It still rides way stiffer and bumpier than the same truck with a Revtek lift and 45PSI. I thought this BDS Long Arm system was supposed to be the cat's meow??!!! Not that impressed yet...

Wow, 38 PSI. That must make a world of difference. No problems with wear or long life?? Yeah, mine are running around 50 PSI.

Yes, I have a Revtek 6" lift in my Mega and love it so far. I have had it since March and it has been great. They make a solid product at a very reasonable price. Good luck.

I had one on my 05 and it sounded great and lowered the EGT's a few degrees also. I have another one I will be putting on my 06.

Ya, the vibration is coming from the front and not the rear. I think it must be the front driveline. That is the only thing that makes halfway sense to me now. I just don't know what bracket to get to change the angle or should I have the front driveline remade? Thanks for all the input.

By the way, the truck had 2000 miles on it when I put the lift on, so I doubt it is a failed u joint or other part but since it only happened right after I put the lift in.

Is that the transfer case indexing ring that drops the front to create a better front driveline angle? I already have shimmed out the rear carrier bearing for the 2 piece driveline and it didn't do a thing. It still has a shutter/ vibration under load around 18-23 MPH or coasting up to 30 MPH...

Sorry, the vibration is at speeds of 15-20mph.

Does anyone know what vibration would be in the front of the truck after I put a 6" lift and 37's on a 2006 Mega Cab. It feels like the front driveline? Does that turn at all times, just not engaged in 2WD? What can be done to fix this.

I have an 06 Mega with a sunroof and I have the exact same thing. Does anyone know if there is a TSB on the 06 as well? Sounds like the same problem.
